I have been advising clients on all aspects of commercial property and development since 1983. I am now dealing with my clients children and grandchildren in some cases.
My strengths are that I am able to take an overview of all commercial sectors and I have a wealth of knowledge covering mainly Greater London and the Home Counties, but also have experience nationally. Although a great deal of my time is dealt with property disposals, I really enjoy acting for clients in acquiring investment and development opportunities, building portfolios and acquiring premises for retail & restaurant brands and D1 & D2 premises for religious, education & medical organisations.
My spare time is spent following Spurs, walking Cody and travelling.

I have been working in the agency team since 2011 and I am responsible for dealing with all our commercial and Industrial instructions and acquisitions. I love acting for clients in helping to build their brands and getting them and also new businesses a foothold in the UK property market. I carry out property inspections and negotiations for all our managed properties as well as accounting to clients for funds received and disbursed.
